This cute little vintage Monterey Holloware soup tureen/bean pot hails from
the 1950s. It's made of stainless steel, is ovenproof, and both pot and lid
are in nice condition with minimal signs of aging. The top and side handles
have a pretty scroll design with a black background, and the pot stands
about 4-1/2" high (including the handle) and is 5" wide at its widest point.
The bottom is stamped ³Stainless Steel,² and the manufacturer sticker says
³Carefree Stainless Monterey Traditional Holloware Crafted for Modern
Living.² The piece was gifted in the 80's, and there's also another bottom
sticker with faint writing that says "from John, JoAnn & Judy 1.....
